Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, the fastest route is a twenty-minute call. No pitch deck, and you keep the answer either way.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. You tell us what is in front of you, and you come off the call with a straight answer on what it would take to fix, whether or not you ever spend a penny with us.

What does it cost?

Two prices are public because they are fixed: the Recruitment Marketing Audit is £999 (seven areas, seven working days) and Studio is £149 per month per seat. Everything else is scoped to the job, fixed-price wherever the work allows it, and we will tell you the number before you commit to anything.

Do you only do recruitment marketing?

No. We work across marketing, AI and automation, web development, SEO, GEO and AEO, strategy and growth. Recruitment marketing is where we run deepest, which is why it has its own product, but the machine underneath (an offer, a channel, a pipeline, a measurement layer) is the same in any market.

Are we too small for you? Too big?

Neither. A one-site campsite and a national healthcare provider get the same attention, the same senior time, and the same honesty about what is worth doing. Start at whichever step suits and stop whenever it makes sense.

How does the Studio trial work?

Seven days, card required. You are not charged during the window and you can cancel inside it from your account, no call needed. After that it is one plan, £149 per month per seat, for the full product: an eleven-asset playbook across six stages, plus three desk-level tools.

Who actually does the work?

The person on the call is the person doing the work. We launched in April 2026; the work behind us is twenty years, and you get those twenty years from day one. Not a junior team once the contract is signed.

Do we have to keep paying you forever?

No, and we would rather you did not pay for anything you do not need. We work in three steps: understand it, fix it, then measure and iterate. You are welcome to stop after any of them. Everything we build in step two is yours and stays yours, whether we carry on together or not.

Which sectors do you know?

Health and social care, logistics, hospitality including camping and glamping, recruitment agencies, and professional and B2B services. If yours is not on that list it still applies: tell us what you are trying to fill or sell and we will show you the map on the call.

What results have you actually delivered?

At a national healthcare provider: 107% application growth in twelve months with no increase in media spend, twice the available workforce on the books inside the first year, and revenue growth supported from £130m to £290m across five years. Numbers from the work, not the pitch deck.

What is the SetpointHQ Index?

Every month we score 100 UK employer brands on how AI assistants describe them to candidates: five dimensions, one published, versioned rubric. It is free to read and you are very welcome to use it without ever speaking to us.

Tell us what’s not working. Twenty minutes, no pitch deck.
