What's included in the free plan?
The free plan gives you access to the Job Ad Builder and Job Ad Optimiser — 60 uses each per month — plus unlimited access to the Productivity Coach. No card required. If you want access to the full tool set, upgrade to Solo Recruiter at any time.
What are the usage limits and how do they work?
Each tool has a monthly limit depending on your plan. Limits reset on the 1st of every month. Your portal shows exactly how many runs you have left on each tool. When you hit a limit, you'll see a clear message with your reset date and an option to upgrade. Most users on Solo Recruiter use fewer than 30 runs of any single tool in a given month — the limits are generous by design.
Do I need to set up any integrations or third-party accounts?
No. SetpointHQ Studio is fully self-contained. Log in, pick your tool, and go — no third-party accounts, API keys, or technical setup of any kind required.
What is the Careers Site Auditor and who needs it?
The Careers Site Auditor crawls your careers site live every time and produces a complete report covering technical SEO (indexing, schema, canonicals), on-site content (job pages, employer brand, EVP), and Google for Jobs optimisation. It's available on the Recruitment Marketer plan — 5 audits per month. If you own your organisation's candidate acquisition strategy, this is for you.
How does the Recruitment Team plan work with 6 seats?
One subscription covers up to 6 users, each with their own login and individual usage limits. The usage limits are per user — not shared across the team. If you need more than 6 seats, book a call and we can discuss the right arrangement.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing month. No fees, no awkward conversations.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Marketer or Team later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time from within your account. You'll pay the price difference pro-rated for the remainder of your current billing month. Downgrading takes effect at the next monthly renewal date.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
