Why this exists.

Most recruiters write the same flat Boolean string for every platform, two or three job titles joined with OR and little else, then wonder why the same forty profiles come back every time. The candidates worth finding are described in words the string never includes: adjacent titles, tools, certifications, the language a person actually uses about their own work.

A purpose-built generator works from the role, not from memory. Does it handle synonyms and adjacent job titles?
Yes. Each must-have skill and the role title are expanded into the terms candidates actually use, so you reach people whose profiles never list the exact words from the brief.
Can I exclude terms?
Yes. Add the words and titles you want filtered out and they are built into the string as exclusions, often the fastest way to cut a noisy search down to a usable list.
How is this different from writing Boolean myself?
