A first touch and 2 follow-ups, in 3 channels, that do not read like a template.

LinkedIn message, InMail and email, each tuned to the persona and written in your voice.

The Outreach Kit gives you 9 messages per job: a first touch and 2 follow-ups for LinkedIn, for InMail and for email. Each opens on what the persona cares about rather than the job title, keeps to the length that channel tolerates, and carries the sign-off from your Brand Profile. In agency mode a client-name-blind variant lets you approach candidates before the client is disclosed.

Solo Source stage
01 · How it works

What goes in, what comes out.

Input
What it works from

The job spec, the persona and your Brand Profile. Set the anonymise option in agency mode when the client is confidential.

Output
What you receive

LinkedIn, InMail and email sequences, each a first message plus 2 follow-ups, ready to paste or drop into your sequencing tool.

02 · Why it matters

Why this exists.

Candidates can tell within a sentence whether a message was written for them. Most are not. They open with the job title, describe the company in the company's words and ask for a call. Reply rates fall, so recruiters send more, and the whole channel gets noisier.

Writing outreach from the persona inverts the message. The first line is the motivation, the second is the proof, the ask comes last and is small. The follow-ups add something rather than repeating the first message with "just checking in" on the front. Because the kit is built per job, every role you work gets its own sequence rather than the one you wrote 2 years ago with the names changed.

03 · What it does

5 things this delivers.

  1. 01 LinkedIn, InMail and email, each with a first touch and 2 follow-ups
  2. 02 Opens on the persona's motivation, not the job title
  3. 03 Length and tone set for each channel
  4. 04 Sign-off and contact from your Brand Profile, never invented
  5. 05 Client-name-blind variant for confidential agency searches
04 · In practice

3 ways it shows up.

Scenario 01

A consultant working a confidential finance director search uses the blind variant to gauge interest from 12 candidates before the client is named.

Scenario 02

An in-house recruiter loads the email sequence into the team's sequencing tool and lets the follow-ups run while she works the replies.

Scenario 03

A desk that reused one InMail for every finance role gets a different opening line for each of 4 live jobs, and reply rates climb over the month.

05 · Who it's for

Who this is built for.

Recruiters who send outreach every day and know that the same 3 lines to 200 people is why reply rates are falling.

06 · Common questions

Things people ask.

How many messages do I get?
9 per job: a first touch plus 2 follow-ups for LinkedIn messages, for InMail and for email.
Will it sound like me?
It writes in the voice set on your Brand Profile and signs off with your name and contact. In agency mode it writes as the client or as you, depending on the asset.
What is the client-name-blind variant?
A version that describes the opportunity without naming the employer, for agency searches where the client is confidential until terms are agreed.
Can I use it with a sequencing tool?
Yes. Copy the sequence into whichever tool you send from. The steps and follow-up gaps are laid out for that.
Does it use the persona?
Every line. The opening motivation, the proof points and the objections it pre-empts all come from the Candidate Persona.
Is it included on Solo?
Yes. All 11 playbook assets and the 3 Desk Radar tools are included on Solo at £149 a month, with a 7-day trial. Card required, cancel any time inside the window.
