Is there a free trial?
Yes. Solo starts with seven days of full access, free. Sign up, use the complete product, and you are only charged when the seven days are up. Cancel any time before then and there is no charge.
Can I add more seats, or is there a team plan?
Solo is a single-seat plan. For multiple seats, custom limits, onboarding, priority support and invoicing, that is Enterprise, priced on application. Contact us to discuss enterprise pricing.
Will Studio do my admin for me?
That is the point of it. The playbook generates in the background while you do the work software cannot: the conversations with candidates and hiring managers that actually move a role. Less time on setup means more time selling the job and closing the candidate, which is how roles get filled faster.
Who is Studio built for?
In-house recruiters and talent acquisition teams, and recruitment agency desks. Studio runs in two modes over one engine, Talent Teams and Agencies, and the sweet spot is high-volume, candidate-short hiring in healthcare, social care, logistics, warehousing, hospitality and construction.
How is Studio different from generic AI tools?
Studio does not hand you a blank prompt box. Every asset is built from a structured job spec and twenty years of recruitment marketing methodology: the voice resolver that writes as you or as your client, the persona-first generation order, the optimisation rubric on the advert, and the anonymisation discipline that never names a confidential client in candidate-facing output. The model is the engine; the methodology is the product.
Is Studio an applicant tracking system?
No, and it will not become one. Studio is the layer that makes a job fillable: the marketing, sourcing, screening and selling assets, plus the activity intelligence around them. Candidate data stays light and exports to your ATS by CSV.
